Terms and Conditions
Booking/Deposit
You will receive a binding booking confirmation after we receipt of a deposit of 40% of the total price within 10 days after booking.
Remaining balance + local tax:
on the day of arrival by bank transfer, card, or cash
Cancellation Policy:
In case of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, a voucher equal to the full amount of the paid deposit will be issued, valid for a stay within two years from the date of cancellation.
In case of cancellation less to 30 days before arrival, we retain the deposit already paid; no other cancellation fees will be charged.
In case of late arrival or early departure, 100% of the total price will be charged.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
Arrival and Departure
Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM.
On your departure day, we kindly ask you to vacate the chalet by 10:00 AM.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the Chalet. Thank you for your understanding.
You are welcome to enjoy your cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vapes, etc., outside.
Pets
We are nature and animal lovers, but to protect allergy sufferers, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate your four-legged friends.
Charging your electric car:
Charging your electric car at our electrical system is not permitted.
You can use the designated charging stations located nearby.
Camping is not allowed

Buchung/Anzahlung
Die verbindliche Buchungsbestätigung erhalten sie nach Überweisungseingang einer Anzahlung in Höhe von 40% des Gesamtpreises innerhalb 10 Tage ab Buchungsdatum.
Restzahlung + Ortstaxe :
am Anreisetag mittels Überweisung, Karte oder Barzahlung
Stornierungsbedingungen:
Bei einer Stornierung bis 30 Tage vor Anreise wird ein Gutschein in Höhe der geleisteten Anzahlung ausgestellt. Dieser ist für einen Aufenthalt innerhalb von zwei Jahren ab dem Stornierungsdatum einlösbar. Nach Ablauf dieser Frist verfällt der Gutscheinanspruch und die Anzahlung wird als Stornogebühr einbehalten.
Bei einer Stornierung von weniger als 30 Tage vor Anreise behalten wir nur die bereits geleistet Anzahlung ein, ansonsten werden keine weiteren Stornogebühren verrechnet.
Bei verspäteter Anreise oder vorzeitiger Abreise 100 % des Gesamtpreises.
Wir empfehlen den Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittsversicherung.
An- und Abreise
Das Einchecken ist ab 15:00 Uhr möglich.
Am Abreisetag bitten wir Sie, das Chalet innerhalb 10 Uhr zu verlassen.
Rauchen
Das Rauchen ist im gesamten Chalet nicht gestattet. Wir danken für Ihr Verständnis.
Gerne könnt Ihr Eure Zigarette, Zigarre, Pfeife, Vapes usw. im Außenbereich geniessen.
Haustiere
Wir sind Natur- und Tierfreunde. Bitte haben Sie Verständnis dafür, dass wir aus Rücksicht auf Allergiker keine Haustiere aufnehmen können.
Aufladen E-Auto:
Das Aufladen Eures E-Auto an unserer Elektroanlage ist nicht erlaubt.
Ihr könnt dies bei den vorgesehenen Ladestationen in unmittelbarer Nähe erledigen
Camping ist nicht erlaubt

Prenotazione/caparra confirmatoria
Riceverete una conferma di prenotazione vincolante dopo il ricevimento di una caparra confirmatoria pari al 40% del prezzo totale entro 10 giorni dalla prenotazione.
Saldo rimanente + tassa soggiorno
il giorno dell'arrivo tramite bonifico bancario, carta di credito o contanti.
Politica di cancellazione:
In caso di annullamento/cancellazione fino a 30 giorni prima dell arrivo è prevista l emissione di un voucher pari all intero importo della caparra confirmatoria versata, da riscattare con un soggiorno entro i due anni successivi alla data di cancellazione:
In caso di cancellazione a meno di 30 giorni dall arrivo, tratteniamo la caparra confirmatoria, e non verranno addebitate altre spese di cancellazione.
In caso di arrivo in ritardo o partenza anticipata, verrà addebitato il 100% del prezzo totale.
Consigliamo di stipulare un'assicurazione annullamento viaggio.
Arrivo e partenza
Il check-in è possibile dalle ore 15:00.
Il giorno della partenza, vi preghiamo gentilmente di liberare lo chalet entro le ore 10:00.
Fumo
È vietato fumare all'interno dello Chalet. Grazie per la comprensione.
Potete godere le vostre sigarette, sigari, pipe, vaporizzatori, ecc. all'esterno.
Animali domestici
Amiamo la natura e gli animali, ma non possiamo ospitare i vostri amici a quattro zampe per tutelare chi soffre di allergie.
Ricarica dell'auto elettrica:
Non è consentito ricaricare l'auto elettrica presso la nostra rete elettrica.
È possibile utilizzare le apposite stazioni di ricarica situate nelle vicinanze.
